It's common for men who wear panties to experience feelings of shame or guilt due to societal stigmas and gender norms. It's important to remember that there is nothing inherently wrong or abnormal about wearing panties, and it's okay to enjoy wearing them. The more you do it, the more it just becomes normal to you. Over time you will see them as your panties.
When I'm asked by strangers: "Is that woman's underwear that you're wearing?", my response is usually something like: "Actually I'm wearing my own underwear, but thanks for asking".

Pretty panties and bra put me in my happy place and are made to be seen, not hidden.
As for me, I have never felt shame about what clothes I wear. Panties feel better than any other underwear, nylon nightgowns to sleep in feel better than any other PJs, women's nylon nightshirts and loungers feel better than anything else to relax in in the evening, so I wear them.
Even my kids are used to seeing me in women's nylon nightgowns and nightshirts. Always have ever since they were young.
There nothing to be ashamed of! Wear what you like and enjoy it. It was different 20 and 30 years ago. Panty wearing is more accepted by society today. We older wearers are the ones who hold onto the stigma that what we're doing is somehow wrong. Let it go.
I can say with myself that early on the shame and guilt of wearing panties and other item of women’s clothing led to me purging.
Purging is such a terrible thing and it will almost definitely lead to you regretting it. Never purge, put you girly stuff away but do not ever get rid of it.
If you are doing things that might be considered 'bad or nasty ', this could be the cause of the problem. If not, I say just enjoy the wonderful feel and fit that you get from the fabric and stop worrying!
I used to feel ashamed when I was young which caused me to purge. I don’t do that anymore. Many years have gone buy and I am comfortable with who I am now. The link is an empowering video you can listen to to help you keep your panties on.
I used to be worried about accidently revealing my panties but it was less that it was panties but the fact I wouldn't want people to see my underwear either way. But since I usually wear longer shirts that problem really hasn't come up or no one has said anything. Granted I haven't exactly stated it out loud either.

Wearing pretty panties since 10/2014.
No men's underwear in my possession since 12/30/2023.
Don’t let the genie out of the bottle. Keep your passion inside. Once you release, the man returns causing guilt and confusion making you do things you don’t want to like purge.

You know what you MUST wear and what feels so wonderfully good.
I get great satisfaction wearing feminine panties.
This subject always makes me so Angry, especially in the world we live in today, where people are able to choose which gender or pronoun we should use when referring to them, yet men wearing Panties is considered by some to be so bad, this is totally unacceptable to me.
Some things in life aren't meant to be questioned or second guessed, some things are just meant to be.
There's no shame in wearing and liking panties, the only stigma attached to this behaviour, comes from "Normal People" what is "Normal"? in this day and age.
Normal is a set of rules laid out predominantly by The Church and other religious groups, these rules were handed down over centuries to control mankind and make a profit.
Before the notion of Gods and Deities man was free to do as he pleased, there were no Rules, even the notion of Clothing, was only thought of after ancient man felt the cold when he evolved from a furry ape, lost that fur and needed protection from the elements.
People wore animal skins, they weren't gender specific, they were just protection from the elements.
The part where clothing becomes male and female gender assigned comes far later, in terms of time, very very recent, compared to how long man has walked the earth.
When you consider the origins of clothing we now consider Female, then the lines are very blurred, Men in many cultures still to this day wear what we would call a Skirt, those men call them Kilts, Dhoti, Lungi, in Fiji Sulu Vakataga, they are a skirt worn by Soldiers and Warriors, Fearsome Men who think there's nothing feminine about their attire..
High Heeled Shoes when originally conceived were only worn by Men, starting with Cavalry Soldiers, Heels were worn to keep a foot in a stirrup, Later King Louis of France who was a very small man, wanted to be taller and commissioned High Heeled Shoes to seem taller, google King Louis in High Heels and you'll see a man in not only High Heels, but a long flowing Wig and Bright Red Tights, the trend of Wigs, Tights and High Heels was adopted by all men, because they wanted to be liked by the King.
Even the word Knickers, comes from Knickerbocker, a knee length trouser worn by both men and women in America.
The word Girl is gender neutral in it's origin, children were referred to as Girls whether Male or Female.
I digress, you feel some shame or embarrassment in wearing women's undergarments, Panties lol.
This is not something to be ashamed of, that shame only comes when others think you are less then them, Who are they to judge you, they have no right to judge others.
Who cares what others think, I mean is it the worst thing you could imagine, in the grand scheme of things, getting a thrill from wearing undergarments that make you feel happy.
We live in a cynical world, others will always be quick to judge, most don't think before they react.
I would rather be who I am, wearing the type of underwear that makes me feel comfortable, happy and ME, than a hollow shell that others think I should be.
Don't be ashamed, be YOU, Be Happy. . . . we only get one life, this is it. . . and it's over in the blink of an eye.
My final point, take a look at these panties I discovered recently, (see link below) they are typical of those worn by a lot of men, the reason I say this, is read the reviews for them, the majority of reviews are from MEN, have a read, you'll see it's not as uncommon as you think. https://www.ahaselected.com/products/luxury-liquid-foundation-cheeky-traceless-briefs?variant=43182220378347&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=fbads&utm_campaign=conv_fb_Category_lrh_20240307_abo_men_MenBest_2565_Mixc_SD_A_Intre%20%20%20ASC%20%20exp&utm_content=conv_fb_Category_lrh_20231225_abo_men_MenBest_2565_Mexico_SD_A_Intre%20%20%20ASC%20Ad%20Set&utm_term=120207539740480105&fbclid=IwAR25SL68aarTHqDzqPzOXxpCi4kHz4PhGr4xWiDxMnQRCMB_ZpgvxiuKh6E_aem_AQXXgLD0oRuIH51uLkDv6bz38QG57e44vBel-eEOF8SKx9qUvjIpc4EvZQ9UALrffQa9cYdEIl_cwwVOMh_hdN54
